摘要
随着高校贫困生人数不断增加,原有的资助贫困生的政策已不能从根本上解决贫困生的问题。如何有效地解决贫困生上学交不起学费的问题引起社会广泛关注。作为资助贫困生最有效的国家助学贷款,对贫困生顺利完成学业发挥着重要作用。但是国家助学贷款工作在具体实施过程中却陷入了困境。文章探讨了在这一工作中出现的具有代表性的问题并提出了有效解决这些问题的对策。
With the increasing number of needy students in universities and colleges, the former supporting policies can no longer solve their problems radically. How to cope with the problem that needy students can＇ t afford their tuitions has drawn great attention from the society. As the most effective measure, national education supporting loan plays an important role in assisting needy students to complete their study. However, it gets into difficulty in practice. The paper discusses the representative problems existing in practice and presents the effective countermeasures.
