摘要
采用KOH溶液在加热条件下与NaZSM-5分子筛交换,获得了碱性相当强的KZSM-5。用红外光谱、X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱和Hammett指示剂滴定等方法表征了KZSM-5的结构特征和碱性。以丙酮一步法合成异丙叉丙酮为探针反应研究了其催化活性并与分子筛碱性相关联。
By exchanging NaZSM-5 zeolite with KOH solution under heating,strongly basic KZSM-5 zeolites was obtained. The structure and basicity of KZSM-5 zeolites was studied by using IR, XRD, XPS and Hammett indicator non-aqueous titration..The catalytic property was studied on the reaction of onestep synthesis of mesityloxide from aldol condensation of acetone. The catalytic activity could be well related with the basicity of catlysts.
