摘要
卫生信息标准研究是充分利用卫生信息,提高决策水平和卫生服务质量的基础。本文从卫生信息利用的角度,概述了卫生信息及相关数据标准的研究内容,包括卫生信息标准框架的建立,卫生信息的范围、分类原则和结构的确定,数据建模,数据元提取和规范化表达,数据字典的研制等。国家卫生信息标准体系的建立和逐步完善将有力促进卫生信息化和卫生领域决策的科学化。
Health information standard system is the foundation of information utilization and the improvement of decision making and quality health care. The authors summarized the components and processes of health information standardization from the view of information users, including basic framework of health information standard, the scope, classification and structure of health information, data modeling, data elements and their consistent descriptions, and data dictionary.
