详细推导了体积守恒形式的两相流模型的数值解计算报式，并证明了计算格式对主要变量P是无条件稳定的．
This paper gives a numerical caculation scheme to solve two-phase flow model with volume parameter,and has proved the stability of the scheme on main variable P.
