摘要
由于国家户籍管理制度和社会结构等方面的原因,城市农民工的合法权益得不到保障。维护农民工合法权益既需要国家户籍管理和就业、社会保障等方面进行制度改革,又要从劳资关系角度保护农民工劳动合法权益不受侵犯,并从多方面推进农民工权益保障制度的实施。
The incompatibility of the present household registry system and social construction leaves citizenship rights of rural migrant workers largely outside the protection of the law. To protect their proper rights, it is urgently necessary to innovate the household registry, employment and social welfare systems as well as putting the labor and capital in perspective.
