摘要
本文报告一起意外事故致使５人吸入镉烟后早期未予以重视而４至８小时后出现呼吸道刺激症状，３至４日后出现化学性肺水肿。揭示凡吸入刺激性气体后患者均应卧床休息，密切观察，积极采取措施，防止肺水肿发生。
5 patients who had inhaled smoke of cadimium by accident were ignored in the early stage.Respiratory irritant symptoms were occured 4￣8 hours later.Chemical pulmonary edema was occured after 3￣4 days inhaled cadimium smoke.It is indicated that patients who have taken in irritant gases should be observed closely.Measures should be taken actively to prevent pulmonary edema.
