摘要
本文对山东南四湖七种主要经济鱼类及鸭、螺、藕、菱角等湖产品共２５０份进行了铅、镉、砷、汞含量的卫生学分析；其中鱼鸭以池养鱼、家鸭作为对照；结果表明，铅、汞、镉含量均高于对照组，最高超标２．７倍；而砷只在鲫鱼、鳊鱼、鲂鱼中含量高于对照组，作者认为湖区受周围工业污染是严重的；同时分析了湖区水产品中有害元素对人体的影响，并提出了改进建议。
ontent of lead(Pb),cadmium(Cd),arsenic(As) and mercury(Hg) in 250 samples of aquatic product,which include fish,duck,spiral shell,lotus root and water chestnut,of south four lake in Shandong province. Artificial feed fish of fishpond and domestic duck are listed as control group to measure. The results of this study showed:Pb,Cd,Hg content in aquatic product of south four lakes are higher than in control group;the largest value in aquatic of lake is 2 7 times as much as standard value of our country. As content in crucian carp,bream and triangular bream of lake is only higher than in control group. Author recognized that south four lakes were seriously polluted by around factories,and advenced a improving suggestion.
