摘要
目的为临床创面修复寻求一种新的经济实用的永久覆盖物。方法取健康活杀小猪断层皮片,经特殊处理去除表皮和真皮中的细胞成分,制成脱细胞异种真皮基质。将真皮基质与自体薄皮片移植于SD大鼠深度创面及临床2例深度烧伤切痂创面。结果动物实验及临床应用均未见真皮基质排异反应,临床2例皮片全部成活。动物实验组皮片成活率(88.76±2.40)%,对照组皮片成活率(90.01±1.74)%,两者无显著性差异(t=1.62,P>0.05)。脱细胞异种真皮基质与自体薄皮片复合移植成功后皮片无明显瘢痕增生,外观与周围皮肤相近。结论脱细胞异种真皮基质与自体薄皮片复合移植物是一种较理想的创面永久覆盖物,具有广泛的应用前景。
Objective To develop a new and cheaper permanent material for clinical wound covering. Methods Xenogenic acellular dermal matrix was made from fresh pig skin which had removed the cells and the cell debris by some extraordinary methods. It was grafted together with thin autogenic skin in the deeper wounds of rats and 2 cases of burning wounds after eschar excision. Results There was no rejection to xenogenic acellular dermal matrix . The composite transplantation of 2 patients was successful. The take rate of animal experimental group was (88.76 ± 2.40) % and control group was (90. 01 ± 1.74) %, but there was not statistically significant( t = 1.62, P 〉 0.05). Composite skin had well-acceptable color and quality compared to nearby skin. Conclusion Xenogenic acellular dermal matrix with thin autogenic skin is a ideal permanent material for clinic wound covering and its clinical application has a good prospect.
