摘要
采用家兔失血性休克/再灌注模型(S/R),观察损伤后血浆中一氧化氮(NO)终代谢产物的改变及磷脂酶A_2阻断剂氯喹及其同类合成药磷酸萘酚喹、抗氧化剂黄芪酮治疗对其的影响。结果表明S/R后24h内血浆含量逐渐下降同血pH值及二氧化碳结合力TCO_2下降有正相关;应用磷脂酶A_2阻断剂和抗氧化剂可在一定程度上阻断的减少,且对维持体内酸碱平衡有一定作用。
The changes of plasma nitric oxide metabolites- were observed after hemorrhagic shock/reperfu-sion injury (S/R)in rabbits.The results showed that the level was positively correlated with the de-crease of TCO_2 and pH values after S/R 24 h,and phosphilipase A_2 inhibitor chloroquine, ME8101 as well asantioxidant(TFA)could be used to block the decrease of nitric oxide and maintain the acid-base balance in vi-vo.
