谷氨酰胺对梗阻性黄疸大鼠可溶性白细胞介素2受体的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨免疫营养剂谷氨酰胺(Glutamine,Gln)对梗阻性黄疸大鼠可溶性白细胞介素2受体(sIL-2R)的影响。方法90只大鼠随机分成对照组(C组)、梗阻性黄疸组(J组)和谷氨酰胺干预组(G组)各30只,于术后5周抽尽腔静脉血测定血清sIL-2R。结果J组与G组sIL-2R水平较C组明显升高(P<0·01),G组sIL-2R水平较J组明显降低,差异显著(P<0·01)。结论谷氨酰胺能够降低梗阻性黄疸大鼠sIL-2R水平,改善机体免疫状态。 Objective To investigate the effect of glutamine(Gin) on soluble interleukin 2 receptor(sIL-2R) of obstructive jaundice(OJ) rats. Methods 90 rats were divided into contrast group(C group), obstructive jaundice group(J group) and Gin treatment group(G group). All the venacavalblood samples were obtained 5 weeks after operation, and then detect the serum sIL-2R level. Resuits The serum sIL-2R level of J and G group was obviously higher than that of C group( P 〈 0.01 ), and the serum sIL-2R level of G group lower than the J group. And the difference between Jgroup and G group was significant( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The administration of glutamine can lower the serum slL-2R level of OJ rats, thus can improve the immune status.
