摘要
目的研究抗原冲击致敏的脐血树突状细胞体外对肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用。方法采用GM-CSF、IL-4、TNF-α联合诱导脐血树突状细胞、再用肿瘤抗原冲击致敏,测定其对肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用。结果脐血树突状细胞对NC1446、SMMC7721、K562细胞均有明显的杀伤作用。经抗原冲击致敏后,脐血树突状细胞产生明显的特异性杀伤活性。结论抗原冲击致敏的脐血树突状细胞可特异性杀伤肿瘤细胞。
Objective To investigate the lethal effect of dendritic cell derived from cord blood sensitized by antigen impact on tumor cell in vitro. Methods Dendritic cell（DC） derived from cord blood was induced by combination of GM-CSF, IL-4, TNF-α, and sensitized by antigen impact. Then lethal effect of DC on tumor cell was detected. Results There was obvious lethal effect of DC on different tumor cell, including NC1446, SMMC7721, K562. Sensitized by antigen impact, DC occurred obviously specific lethal activity. Conclusion DC sensitized by antigen impact could specifically kill tumor cell.
