摘要
报告了３例眼内肿瘤患者用伽玛刀治疗的初步结果。术后３～６个月夏查，１例肿瘤消失，２刑肿瘤缩小。伽玛刀与眼科手术相比，具有不需摘除眼球，保存面部美观，甚至保存视力等优点。
hre cases of intraoculor tumor(1 patient with Uveal melanoma,1 patient with metastensis lesionfrom breast carcinoma and 1 patient with retinablastoma) were treated with Gamma lnife. The proce-dures include application of the stereotactic Leksell frame G,a improved fixation of the eyeball,CT/MRIlocalization of the tumors,dose planning and surgery with Gamma Knife(Btype).With a follow-up of 3-6 months after operations,the tumor war disappeared in 1 patient,and significant reduction in size in2 patients.Contrast to eye surgery,the Gamma Knife treatment is of the advantage of good cosmeticand is possible to preserve and improve visual function.
