摘要
本文分析了５６例四肢骨肉瘤在治疗前测定ＡＬＰ水平对判定预后的意义。结果表明，ＡＬＰ水平高者，术后３年肺转移率明显增高，５年生存率亦明显降低；ＡＬＰ水平正常者，预后良好。作者建议，辅助化疗及手术时，分析ＡＬＰ水平对骨肉瘤有很好的预后判定价值，在计划或调整治疗方案时，此因素应该被考虑。
The pretreatment serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP)levels of 56 patients with osteosarcomas were examined to evaluate whether the enzyme levels had a clinical value in predicting the course of the disease,These data demonstrated that the percentage of patients with increased ALP levels was significantly higher in the metastatic group.The rate of overall 5-year survival of patients with higher ALP level was significantly lower.The patients with normal pretreatment ALP level treated with adjuvant or neoadjuvant chemotherapy had excellent prognosis.The authors suggest the pretreatment ALP level have prognostic value in osteosarcoma.This should be considered when planning and adjusting therapeutic protocols.
