消化道癌术后局部复发的光动力学治疗 被引量:1

A Study of Photodynamic Therapy for Local Recurrence of Gastrointestinal Cancers

摘要 为探讨光动力学疗法对消化道癌术后局部复发癌的效果,对此类患者103例应用光动力学疗法。患者于照光前48~72小时静脉滴注HpD,每公斤体重5mg。激发光源采用氩离子泵浦染料激光器,波长630nm,输出功率密度200~400mW/cm2,能量密度200~250J/cm2,照射时间约10~15分钟。103名患者中,食管癌14例、贲门癌50例、胃癌33例、直肠癌6例。有效者74例,总有效率71.8%。肿瘤小于1cm者36例,34例有效,有效率94.4%。随访存活1年以上者36.9%,2年以上者18.4%,2例最长存活者已10年尚健在。 mg/kg of HpD was given intravenously 48~72h prior to PDT. The light sourse was an argon pumped dye laser with a wavelength of 630nm. The irradiation time varied from 10~15 min with a power density of 200~400 mW/cm 2. The energy density was 200~250 J/cm 2. Of the 103 patients, 14 had cancer of the esophagus, 50 had cancer of the gastric cardia, 33 had cancer of the stomach and 6 had cancer of the rectum. 74 patients (71.8%) had a complete or significant response to PDT. There were 34 responders out of 36 patients (94.4%) with tumour size less than 10mm. The following survey of all patients lasted from six months to ten years. 28 of 103 patients (36.9%) survived more than one year, 18.5% more than two years, two patients have been followed up for more than 10 years without signs of recurrence and are still being followed up.
