摘要
目的观察罗格列酮对胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistant,IR)大鼠血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1,sICAM-1)和可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(soluble vascularcell adhesion molecule-1,sVCAM-1)含量的影响。方法将36只SD大鼠随机分成3组,即对照组:普通饲料喂养8周;胰岛素抵抗组(IR组):高果糖饲料喂养8周;罗格列酮组:高果糖饲料喂养8周,后4周加用罗格列酮处理。8周末测定各实验组的空腹血糖、血胰岛素、血清sICAM-1和sVCAM-1的水平。结果与对照组相比,IR组血清sICAM-1和sVCAM-1水平增加;罗格列酮能显著降低IR大鼠血清sICAM-1和sVCAM-1水平。结论罗格列酮能抑制IR大鼠黏附分子的产生,有助于防治IR所致的血管并发症。
Objective To observe the effect of rosiglitazone on the levels of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule - 1 ( sICAM - 1 ) and soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule - 1 ( sVCAM - 1 ) in insulin resistant rats. Methods 36 male Sprague - Dawley(SD) rats were divided into 3 groups randomly: control group were fed with commom diet for 8 weeks, IR group were fed with high fructose diets for 8 weeks, rosiglitazone group were fed with high fructose diets for 8 weeks and treated with rosiglitazone after 4 weeks. At the end of 8th week, fasting blood glcose( FBG), fasting serum insulin ( FSI), sICAM - 1 and sVCAM - 1 were measured respectively in groups. Results Compared with control group, serum sICAM- 1 and sVCAM- 1 levels significantly increased in IR group;After rosiglitazone treatment, serum sICAM- 1 and sVCAM- 1 levels remarkably reduced. Conclusion Rosiglitazone may inhibit the production of sICAM - 1 and sVCAM - 1, and play a role in the prevention and treat- ment of vascular complication led by insulin resistance.
