摘要
21世纪，素质教育问题己经成为世界性的共同话题。在竞争日趋激烈的国际大环境中，党和政府把握教育发展的形势，全面推行素质教育中更加注重了人力资源的开发和利用。结合我在体育教学的实践过程中的探索，从学校体育的角度出发，谈谈对素质教育的看法。
In the 21st century, the problem on quality-oriented education is own through becoming the world common topic. In the fierce international big environment day by day of competition, the Party and the Government hold the situation of educational development, pursue development and use paying attention to the human resources further in quality-oriented education in an all-round way. I combine one＇s own exploration in the course of practice of sports teaching, proceed from angle of physical education of the school, talk about the view on quality-oriented education.
