亚低温治疗重度颅脑损伤病人的疗效分析

摘要 目的:探讨亚低温在治疗重度颅脑损伤病人中的作用。方法:随机抽取48例重度颅脑损伤病人(24例作常温治疗,24例作亚低温治疗)作回顾性分析,比较其治疗前后GCS评分及治疗6个月时的GOS评分,评价其疗效及预后。结果:常温及亚低温治疗4~10天后两组病人的GCS评分对比及治疗6个月时的GOS评分比较,均有明显统计学差异,亚低温治疗组的疗效及预后明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:亚低温治疗能明显改善重度颅脑损伤病人预后,减少并发症。 Objective: To study the effects of mild hypothermia on the patients with the craniocerebral injury. Methods: All 48 patients with severe craniocerebral injury were retrospected by random sampiing divided into the mild hypothermie therapy group (24 cases) and the control group (24 cases). The effects of mild hypothermia was evaluated according to GCS and GOS at 6 months after injury, and compared with that in control group. Results : GCS after mild hypothermia treatment in 6 - 10 days and GOS at 6 months "after injury were higher than that in control group, there were significant differences (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Mild hypothermia therapy may clearly reduce complicationand improve prognosis for the patients with severe craniocerebral injury.
