摘要
围绕野生动物造成人身、经济损害这一现象,探讨如何建立一个有效的经济补偿机制,使受害群众得到及时、足额的补偿。希望能给政府及其所属职能部门在制定相关政策时提供参考。
The way of building an effectively economical compensation mechanism is discussed in terms of the wildlife damaging people and properties in order to let victims gain a satisfactory economical compensation in time. Some advice is provided for government and his functional departments at the time of constituting the relative policies.
