摘要
本文结合专利审批程序及中国专利数据资料,就以数量评定专利工作所存在的种种问题予以剖析,以利于正确认识我国的专利综合实力,有效制定和实施知识产权战略,更好的发挥专利制度的作用。
The paper analyses problems about pstent and appraisal system based on patent examination and patent data of china,in order to realize our country＇ s patent comprehensive strength, make and actualize intellectual property rights strategy,play the role of patent system.
