喉癌组织中nm23蛋白与微血管密度测定及临床意义

摘要 目的:探讨nm23蛋白在喉癌中的表达及其与血管生成和转移的关系。方法:通过免疫组化SP法对42例喉癌患者标本中nm23蛋白表达及微血管密度(microve-ssedensity,MVD)进行了检测。结果:喉癌组织中nm23蛋白的阳性表达率为57.1%,MVD从17~53,平均为35.79,标准差为9.49。nm23蛋白阳性表达与淋巴结转移呈负相关。nm23阴性表达的标本中MVD值较高,这种现象多见于有颈淋巴结转移的喉癌(P<0.05)。结论:和nm23基因的表达对喉癌肿瘤微血管生成及肿瘤颈淋巴结转移可能具有协同作用。 Objective In order to eludiate the relationship of rim23 and microvessel density measurement were studied by immunohistochemical staining in the speciments of 42 laryngeal carcinomas. Result The positive expression of nm23 were 57.1%, microvessel desity were from 17 to 53, average were 35.79. Standard diversity were 9.47. The results showed a significant association between positive expression and cervical node metastasia (P〈0.05). The nm23 negative expression had a significant association with cervical lymphmode metastasis (P〈0.05). Microvessel density were nm23 negative expression. This were high expression in larymgeal carcinomas of lymphnode metastasis. Conclusion The expression of changing nm23 protein had coordinating action in microvessel density largeal carcinomas and tumor lymphnode metastasis.
