摘要
通过壳聚糖包膜尿素(CCU)在30°C水中的释放实验,描述了其养分释放特性。将CCU释放过程分为稳定阶段和衰退阶段,同时探讨了CCU养分释放速率和包膜通透性的变化情况。结果表明:亲水性包膜尿素与非亲水性包膜尿素的释放情况有很大不同,不存在明显的滞后阶段;在稳定阶段释放速率系数K为一定值;在衰退阶段,K随时间和浓度变化,可以描述为K=0.002 2(t-ts30)+0.080 1。
The release experiment of chitosan coated urea (CCU) was carried out in water at 30 ℃ to give a description of nutrient release character. The processes of nutrient release from CCU could be divided into two stages : steady stage and decay stage. Meanwhile, the change of nutrient release rate and penetrability of coating layer was obtained. The results showed that, there are differences between the hydrophilic coated urea release and the hydrophobic coated urea release, the lag stage did not occur in the processes of CCU release; at steady stage, the release rate coefficient K value was not a variable ; at decay stage, K value varied with the variation of the time and concentration and could be described by the equation K=0.002 2(t-ts30)+0. 080 l(where t is time, ts30 is the time urea just completely solved at 30 ℃).
