摘要
衡量磁流变减振装置的动态特性的性能指标有阻尼力的大小、阻尼力的可调范围和动态响应时间。本文分析了影响磁流变减振设备动态响应时间的各种因素,提出了优化响应时间的方法。仿真和实验的结果表明,通过合理的磁电路设计和采用电流源驱动辅以逆向电流等措施可以有效地缩短响应时间。
The performance parameters of magnetorheological (MR) dampers comprises damp force,adjustable range of damp force and response time. This paper discusses the factors affecting the dynamic response time of MR dampers,investigates approaches to optimize response time. Test results show the response time may be shorten efficiently by suitable design of the electromagnetic circuit ,current driver and reversible current.
