摘要
目的探讨耳穴贴压加服消癜灵治疗顽固性过敏性紫癜的机理。方法对60例顽固性过敏性紫癜患者进行耳穴贴压加服消癜灵治疗,并进行免疫学检测,另取30例正常人作对照。结果此疗法对顽固性过敏性紫癜有确切的疗效,免疫学检测显示有明显的免疫调节作用。结论耳穴贴压加服消癜灵是治疗顽固性过敏性紫癜的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of treatment of refractory allergic purpura by auricular-plaster therapy plus administration of Xiaodianling. Methods Sixty patients with refractory allergic purpura were treated by auricular-plaster therapy plus administration of Xiaodianling and an immunological examination was made. Thirty healthy persons were selected as a control. Results This treatment had an exact effect on refractory alhrgic purpura. The immunological examination showed that it had a marked regulating effect on immunological function. Conclusion Auricular-plasler therapy plus administration of Xiaodianling is an effective method for treating refractory allergic purpura.
