摘要
反馈、反思、共享构成了组织学习的三大系统,三者相互依存。位于组织的不同层次的主体进行组织学习的重点有所不同,在进行组织学习过程中要树立正确理念,建立信息沟通系统,以科学的制度作保障,有效建立组织学习的三大系统,从而形成组织的核心竞争力。
Feedback,thinking and sharing constitute three systems of organization leaming,they depend on each other.The main body that lies in the different level of one organization has different learning emphases.During the courses of organization learning,the correct vision should be set up,the system of information communication is established,scientific system is ensured,and organization learing system is establish effectively,therefore the core competition strength of the organization is formed.
