摘要
我们用电镜形态计量方法,测算了用大剂量阿司匹林灌胃的小鼠小肠上皮细胞中线粒体的体、面(外膜)、面数密度和微绒毛参数,发现除微绒毛高度外其它均呈有意义的改变,并讨论了这些改变的临床意义。
The volume Surface (outer membrane) numericel densities on area of mitochondria and para meters of microvilli were counted by electron microscopic morphometry in enterocytes of mice irri gated with large dose of aspirin. Significant changes were found in all respectr except for the heighe of microilli and the clinical significance of these changes were discussed.
