摘要
交通监控系统的主要目标是适应动态交通状况的变化,通过采集交通数据并将其传输到交通管理中心,在中心进行分析,根据分析结果,中心通过控制车辆出入和信号灯,从而管制交通;同时管理中心把采集的交通数据传给司机,有助于优化行车路线,或在发生交通事故时迅速采取措施,从而缓和交通阻塞。针对国内公路收费机制的不健全,在综合现有技术的基础上,围绕数字监控系统展开了研究,指出了非经营性公路收费监控系统的主要结构,阐述了系统的硬件及控制部分,重点分析了串行通讯技术。
The main aim of Highway Toll System is to meet the change of dynamic traffic situation. Through gathering traffic data and transmitting them to the traffic supervising centre, the centre can supervise the traffic by controlling the lights and the vehicles' in and out after analyzing the data. Then the centre transmit the data gathered to the driver, so that the driving routes can be optimized and measure can be taken as soon as possible during traffic accidents, thereby traffic obstructs could be eased up. Aiming at the defects of domestic Highway tool System, the article studies numerical monitoring system based on current technology and puts forward the main structure of non-profit-making Highway Toll System. Its hardware and controlling parts of the system are expatiated and the serial communication technology is analyzed especially.
