摘要
分析对比了丙酮的几种生产方法,目前世界上丙酮生产主要采用异丙苯法.介绍了国内外丙酮生产、消费现状,并对丙酮市场进行了分析和预测.2004年全球丙酮产能为517.9万t,主要用途是作为溶剂生产双酚A和丙酮氰醇,预计2006年将出现过剩的局面;2004年我国丙酮产能为31.3万t,进口量为25.43万t,预计2007年国内需求量将达到60万～70万t,近几年生产无法满足市场需求,但未来市场不容乐观.
Several production technologies for acetone are analyzed and compared, the method based on cumene is currently the main one to produce acetone in the world. The current situation of its production and consumption at home and abroad is introduced, and the acetone market is analyzed and previewed. In 2004, the global production capacity of acetone was 5 179 kt, it was mainly used as solvent, or to produce bisphenol A and acetone cyanohydrin. There will be a superfluous production capacity in 2006. In 2004, the production capacity of acetone in China was 313 kt,with the import of 254.3 kt, and the demand in 2007 will be estimated at 600 - 700 kt. In recent years the supply of acetone wouold not be able to meet the demand, but the future market is not optimistic.
