摘要
粒度计算涵盖了所有在处理问题过程中使用粒度的理论、方法、技术和工具。本文首先简要地介绍了粒度计算的基本思想、基本问题以及它的三个主要模型(模糊集、粗糙集和商空间),然后综述了粒度计算在数据挖掘中的应用。
Granular computing （GrC） involves the theories, methodologies, techniques, and tools that make use of granules in the process of problem solving. This paper introduces the basic ideas and basic issues of GrC, as well as three main GrC models：fuzzy set, rough set and quotient space. After that, the applications of GrC in data mining are discussed.
