摘要
在不需分离和掩蔽的条件下,在导数间隔因子为10nm,测量波长在200、210、220nm时,用导数-比导数法同时测定光谱重叠严重的水样中NO^-_2和NO_3^-含量,二者测定的标准回收率在95%—105%,6次测定的相对标准偏差小于3%,NO_2^-的浓度在0—13mg/L,NO^-_3的浓度在0—10mg/L符合线性关系。
A derivative-ratio derivative spectrophotometric method is developed for determination of NO2^- and NO3^- with heavily overlapped spectra based on the fact that nitrite concentrations ranging from 0 to 13mg/L and nitrate concentrations from 0 to 10mg/L are in direct proportion to their values of derivative-ratio derivative spectra without any separations and camouflages. The derivative interval factor is 10nm at wavelengths of 200nm,210nm,and 220nm. The recovery for the standard addition test is 95%-105% with RSD of〈3%(n=6).
