摘要
总结下咽癌患者保留喉功能外科治疗围手术期护理的经验。术前加强心理护理、全身情况调理;术后加强营养支持．保持水、电解质、酸碱平衡,预防切口和肺部感染、切口出血、误咽、咽瘘等并发症的发生,是手术达到预期效果的保证。经医、护、患三方的密切配合。
The author summarized the experience in nursing patients with laryngeal pharynx carcinoma undergoing larynx functionprotecting surgery, arguing that preoperative mental care, adjustment of whole-body condition, postoperative nutritious support, sustain of balance of water, eleetrolure and acid-base, prevention of such complications like infections in cuts and pulmonary infeetion, prevention of bleeding in cuts, pharyngeal fistula can ensure the experctation of operation. Clinically, 19 patients were all recovered to their dieting and linguistic function due to close cooperation from doctors, nurses and the patients.
