摘要
目的分析脉冲射频治疗腰骶部神经根性疼痛病人的护理效果。方法对68例保守治疗无效的神经根性腰腿痛病人行脉冲射频治疗,术前做好病人的心理护理和术前指导,术中与医生密切配合,术后及早进行功能锻炼。结果随访2个月后活动时视觉模拟评分(VAS),改善≥75％者20例,VAS改善≥50％且<75％29例,VAS改善<50％19例。与术后功能锻炼前比较, 功能锻炼后病人的疼痛程度明显减轻,有显著性差异(P<0．05)。结论周到的护理及有效的功能锻炼指导,对减少疼痛及疼痛的复发有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing patients with lumbsacral radicular pain treated by pulse radiofrequency. Methods Sixty-eight patients with lumbsacral radicular pain showed no effects to conservative treatment and then treated by pulse radiofrequency. The nursing measures included preoperative mental care and instructions, close cooperation during operation and postoperative functional exercises. Results After two-month follow-up, VAS showed 20 patients had improvement by 75%, 29 by 50%-75% and 19 by less than 50%. The pain before functional exercises was relieved more significantly than that after exercises （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Tender care and effective functional exercise instructions is of importance for reduction of pains as well as its re- currence of diseases.
