摘要
对222例老年患者全麻恢复期进行观察,其中88例出现了低氧血症、高血压、低血压、心律失常、躁动、体温过低、呕吐等不良反应,通过维持呼吸道通畅、吸氧、镇痛、镇静、制动、保暖、心理安慰等处理,患者均安全、平稳度过全麻恢复期。
Two hundred and twenly two aged patients in the period of postanesthesia recovery were observed, complications including hypoxemia, hypertension, hypotension, arrhythmia, fidgetiness, hypothermia and vomiting appeared in 84 cases. After such treatments as airway administratinon, oxygen breathing, pain management, sedation immobiling, warming and psychological nursing, all of them passed the period of recovery safely.
