摘要
总结25例女性压力性尿失禁患者行阴道无张力尿道悬吊术患者的护理,认为保持患者良好的心理状态,术前对患者进行全面的评估,完善的术前检查与准备,术后做好管道护理、阴道护理及排尿困难、闭孔神经损伤等并发症的观察与处理是保证手术成功的关键。
The author reports their experience in caring 25 women patients with stress urinary incontinence treated by per vagina tensionless sling operation of the urethra, holding that the key for successful operation is in stable mental situation, preoperative fullscale evaluation over them, preoperative complete examination and preparation, careful nursing of tubes, vagina and close postoperative observation and timely treatment of such complications as dysuresia and injuries of obturator nerve.
