摘要
目的了解镇级医院护理人员科研开展状况以及存在的问题和困难。方法对珠三角地区4所二级甲等镇级医院155名护理人员进行科研开展情况的问卷调查。结果镇级医院护理人员参加科研的比例仅占4．5％,48．0％的人员参与科研的目的是为了评定职称。结论护理人员应该增强科研意识,提高护理群体的整体素质;护理管理者应该从思想上给予重视,统一规划,保证科研的开展。
Objective To investigate the nurses＇ research status, existing problems and difficulties in town-level hospitals. Methods A questionnaire was conducted among 155 nurses in 4 second class A level hospitals in Zhujiang Delta. Results There were only 4.5% nurses in two-level hospitals take part in scientific researches, among which 48.0% of nurses had the purpose of job evaluation. Conclusion Nurses will need to improve their research awareness to improve the quality of nurses. Nursing managers should emphasize the research work, unify programming to ensure the development of scientific research.
