摘要
在确立价值链管理历史地位和界定价值链科学内涵的基础上,剖析了对价值链管理认识的错误观念,提出了价值链管理与企业竞争优势的新观点——协同效应,预测了价值链管理的未来发展趋势,探讨了价值链管理的实际战略应用。
On the basis of having established the position of value chain management in history and defined its scientific connotation, this paper analyses the traditional false ideas on value chain management and puts forward new ideas about value chain management and the advantages of competition among businesses- the effect of working in coordination. This paper also predicts the trend of value chain management and discusses on the strategic application.
