摘要
采用以水为分散介质,添加少量卤代烃的快速异相溴化加成的新制备方法.可以合成出溴含量高达67.4%的溴化BR和溴含量高达62.6%的溴化SBR。用红外光谱(IR)、热解重量分析(TGA)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)等方法对其产物的结构及性能进行了研究,热性能分析结果表明.两者热稳定性均不理想,采用添加热稳定剂的方法来改善其热稳定性.有一定效果。
A bromizated BR with the Br content up to 67. 4% and a bromizated SBR withBr content up to 62. 6% were prepared with the rapid anisotropic bromizing addition process byusing water as dispersing agent and adding a small amount of halo-hydrocarbons. The structureand properties of the bromizated products were investigated with IR,TGA and DSC. The resultsof analysis to thermal properties showed that both of the thermal stabilities of bromizated SBRand bromizated BR were undesirable. Their thermal stability could be improved to a certain degree by adding thermal stabilizer.
