摘要
介绍了一种基于 PCI 总线的200 MHz 高速数据采集卡的设计,用于工业上20 MHz 超声显微镜中。通过在采集卡上放置高速静态存储器,用逻辑控制单元(CPLD)处理数据的方法,以及基于 PCI 技术使系统具有快速的传输能力,解决了高速数据与计算机之间的实时传输与存储问题。使采用该采集卡的工业超声显微镜满足高精度实时检测的需要。
Presented a system architecture of 200 MHz high-speed data acquisition card based on PCI bus, which can be used in the industrial 20 MHz ultrasonic microscope. Solved the problem of real-time transfer and storage, by the method of placing high-speed SRAM in the card and processing data with CPLD. And the system was based on PCI bus, thus it possessed powerful capacity of data transfer. The data acquisition card was useful in the industrial 20 MHz ultrasonic microscope.
