摘要
基于混凝土中钢筋腐蚀后体积变化的事实,提出了一种测量钢筋腐蚀的新型传感器。为了验证这一设想,将光纤光栅拉伸后固定在圆形钢筋的表面,放入腐蚀溶液中加速钢筋的腐蚀。在钢筋被腐蚀后,光纤光栅所受到的拉伸应变将被释放,光纤光栅的反射光波长发生变化,通过测量光纤光栅的波长就可以测得钢筋腐蚀程度。试验表明,光纤光栅可以用来测量混凝土中钢筋的腐蚀,测量精度优于±0.1μm,测量范围约12μm,非常适用于混凝土结构中钢筋腐蚀的早期监测。
Based on the fact of the volume change of rebar after corroded embedded in concrete structure, a new type of corrosion sensor for reinforcing steel is developed in this paper. To validate this corrosion sensor whether or not. the optical fiber grating is pre-strained before it is fixed on the surface of cylindrate steel bar, and put it into 5 % of sodium chloride solution for accelerating corrosion. The strain will be released when the steel is eroded, the wavelength of FBG will be changed accordingly. The corrosion depth can be measured by detecting the wavelength of fiber grating. Experiment shows that the optical fiber grating can be used to monitor the corrosion of rebar in concrete, and the precision of better than 0.1 μm and the measuring depth scope of 12 μm can be obtained. The sensor can be used to monitor the early corrosion of reinforcing steel in concrete structure.
