摘要
工程总承包是中国工程承包企业的发展出路和方向。培育和发展工程总承包对中国建筑业的发展具有重要的战略意义。本文从促进中国工程总承包发展的角度出发,指出了当前工程总承包工作的现状,分析了原因,对进一步推进工程总承包提出了可行的建议。
General contract of the construction project is the develop target of Chinese contract enterprise. And the nourishing and developing of general contract enterprises has important meanings to the building industry of China. This thesis starts from the angle of helping to develop and points out the current situation of general contract, and then analyzes its problem. At the end, this paper offers some reasonable propositions.
