有机酸铬鞣液组成与鞣革性能 被引量:7

The Composition and Tanning Properties of Chromium Sulfate Solutions Masked with Salts of Organic Acids

摘要 本文采用pH电位滴定法、阳离子色谱法、红外光谱法等手段主要研究了在碱度为33%的硫酸铬鞣液中,分别添加乳酸、洒石酸、柠檬酸、丙二酸、丁二酸、己二酸、邻苯二甲酸等的钠盐后的鞣液的组成、特性及鞣革性能。结果表明,有机酸根参与了铬的配位,鞣液组份数增多;羟基酸铬鞣液中阳、中性络离子增多,高电荷阳络离子减少,耐碱性、稳定性提高;二羧酸铬鞣液中出现了更高价态的阳络离子,甚至因交联过大而析出沉淀。用有机酸铬液鞣革收缩温度高,铬吸收好,废液含铬量低,尤以加洒石酸钠及邻苯二甲酸钠的鞣液的鞣革综合效果最好。 Abstract The composition of complexes in basic chromium sulfate solutions masked with salts of organic acids and their tanning properties and stability to alkali were studied. Ion-exchange chromatograms show that the masked solutions have more species than chromium sulfate itself, that its contain different complexes with varying charges and that the distribution of complexes varies with quantities of the added salts.In solutions masked with salts of hydroxy acids noncationic complexes tend to increase and high-charge complexes to decrease,So its perform high stability to alkali; But the solutions masked with dicarboxilate are unstable when adding alkali and even from water-insoluble dicarboxilate complexes during aging.The addition of salts of organic acids in chrome tanning results in higher shrinkage temperature,better take-up of chrome and lower quantities of Chrome oxide in spent liquors.
