摘要
基于价值链理论,阐述了房地产市场推广价值链的构成和推广渠道在其中起到的重要作用,系统的分析了当前房地产市场推广渠道管理中存在的问题。在此基础上,提出了基于市场推广价值链建立和整合房地产市场推广渠道的观点并阐述了其中所应解决的问题,从而达到节约成本,提高效率的目的。
Based on the theory of value chain, this paper explained the constitution of the value chain and the important function of channels in Real Estate sale promotion. Furthermore, it analyzed the erroneous ideas about the present management of the channels for sale promotion systematically. And for the lower-cost and high-efficiency purpose, it puts forward the viewpoint that channels should be established and integrated based upon the value chain theory, moreover, the key point in the process was discussed.
