摘要
本文对３２５目和１２５０目两种细度滑石粉填充ＨＤＰＥ的效果进行讨论，并对填料表面处理剂Ｆ的作用进行分析。实验结果表明：１２５０目滑石粉比３２５目滑石粉填充ＨＤＰＥ具有较高的拉伸屈服强度、拉伸弹性模量和冲击强度，加工性能也有所改善，但这两种滑石粉都没有改变ＨＤＰＥ的维卡软化点；处理剂Ｆ能使这两种滑石粉分散均匀，对提高填充材料的拉伸屈服强度和拉伸弹性模量、改进材料的加工性能有显著作用。
Abstract The effects fo 325 mesh and 1250 mesh tale filled HDPE were studied,and the influEnces of surface treating agent F on the filled materials were analyzed.The experiment reSults were given in this paper.
