摘要
在进行重复频率脉冲下气体绝缘放电试验过程中,高压纳秒级的脉冲电压及电流信号的测量是分析气体绝缘特性的关键之一,同时重复频率下击穿所需时间也值得关注。利用TDS684A和TDS3054B实现了高压纳秒级的脉冲电压、电流信号的测量,及电压电流包络线的测量,同时利用这两种型号的示波器实现了重频下击穿的耐受时间的测量,并基于Wavestar软件对波形再处理,及导出波形数据实现数字信号处理。
In order to obtain experimental parameters of gas breakdown under repetitive nanosecond-pulse gas breakdown, measurement and incident voltage, discharge current are introduced, repetitive stressing time, and envelope waveforms based on TDS684A and TDS3054B are described. And using software Wavestar, these measured waveforms can be reprocessed, especially denoising based on different digital signal processing.
