摘要
目的总结中国国际救援队在国外地震搜救现场的医疗急救工作,希望对以后的工作有所改进。方法回顾工作记录,分析搜救现场医疗急救工作所取得的成绩与不足。结果救援队在历次国外地震救援行动中从搜救现场成功营救出4名幸存者,医疗队员在营救前、中、后开展了多种形式的医疗急救工作。结论搜救现场的医疗急救工作十分重要,下一步应针对地震现场伤员特点加强专业培训。
Objective To summarize the emergency medical treatment of China International Search and Rescue Team （CISAR） in overseas earthquake site. Methods Medical records were reviewed and performance record and shortage were analysed. Results CISAR have saved four survivors, medical workers carry out different emergency medical treatment. Conclusion Emergency medical treatment is very important to search and save in earthquake site ; we should strengthen training according to the characteristics of earthquake.
