摘要
目前粉煤灰水泥刨花板的热养护时间比较长(12h),热能耗较大,因此生产成本增加。通过对粉煤灰水泥刨花板热养护的方式改进,蒸汽的热传导加快,热养护时间可以从12h缩至8h。
The current heat curing process of coal ash bonded particleboard takes a long time (12 h) that increases energy consumption and production cost. The study made for improving the heat curing process accelerates the heat conduction of steam so that the time of heat curing can be shorten to 8h from 12h.
