摘要
对贵州民族药复方云实制剂──圣宁感冒液的药理作用进行了研究。实验结果表明，本品具有明显解热、抗炎、镇痛、镇咳及祛痰药理作用，并具一定量效关系。其药理作用与对照药品阿斯匹林、咳必清、氯化铵等具有相同效应，为其防治感冒提供了实验依据。
The pharmacological actions of a Guizhou national herb preparation,composite Caesalpinoideae preparation-Shengning anti-cold liquid, were studied.The results showed that this preparation had obvious antipyretic,anti-inflammatory,analgetic,antitussive and expectorant effects with considerable dose-effect relationship.The effects were comparable to those of aspirin,pentoxyverine citrate and ammonium chloride.This study provides this preparation with an experimental basis in preventing and treating common cold.
