摘要
综合利用层次分析法和因子分析法两种评价方法的长处,以可持续发展理念方法原则为指引,针对东北地区的资源环境与经济、社会、人口状况特征,采用层次分析法构建了东北地区资源环境可持续发展能力评价指标体系;以东北三省、内蒙东部4盟市和全国平均水平的指标数据,采用因子分析法,得出了东北地区与全国的资源环境可持续发展能力评价结果,并对评价结果作了简要分析。
Guided by the theories and rules about sustainable development, and based on the current situation of economy, society, population, resources and environment in Northeast China, the index system of sustainable development on resources and environment in Northeast China is established by the means of Analysis of Hierarchy Procedure. The sustainable development ability index on resources and environment in Northeast China is gained by the means of Factor Analysis.
