女性绝经前后性激素水平与 TRAP-5b 关系探讨

摘要 目的探讨女性绝经前后性激素和血清骨特异性抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRAP)水平的变化是否存在相关性。方法用 ELISA 方法测定124例24～51岁绝经前和102例47～68岁绝经后健康女性血清中黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(F_2)、孕酮(P)及 TRAP-5b 的水平。结果绝经后与绝经前相比较 FSH、LH、TRAP-5b 明显升高(P＜0．01),E_2、P 降低与 TRAP-5b 呈明显负相关。结论女性绝经后雌激素水平缺乏,导致骨吸收加快,TRAP-5b 活性增加。
