摘要
针对磁链轨迹型SPWM机床主轴交流调速系统,提出一种基于模糊自适应PID控制的速度调节器,并给出了这种速度调节器的设计原理,设计方案。仿真结果表明,该控制方法具有很强的自学习和抗干扰能力,使交流调速系统的性能明显得到提高,具有实际应用价值。
Aiming at SPWM on magnetic chain's track for machine tool spindle AC speed regulating system, a type of speed controller based on fuzzy tuning PID control is proposed and the method to construct the speed controller is given. Simulation results show that this controller has the ability of self - learning and anti -jamming of AC speed regulating system and improves the system's performances. The controller has a high value for practical application.
