摘要
本文结合临床、喉镜、ＣＴ、手术及病理对近年收治的３８例喉部疾患的Ｘ线正位体层检查进行了回顾性分析，讨论了喉部炎症、声带麻痹、喉癌、声带息肉等喉部常见疾病和喉囊肿、喉乳头状瘤等少见疾病的体层片表现以及喉炎与喉癌、良性与恶性喉麻痹的鉴别诊断。比较喉镜、喉侧位Ｘ线片、ＣＴ的优缺点，作者认为，喉体层摄影具有从冠状面清晰显示喉各部结构并能以不同相照片显示其动态的功能和形态改变的优点。
Tomograms of 38 patients with laryngeal diseases were retraspectively studied with the clinic, laryngendoscope, CT, surgery and pathology of the diseases in recent years. The radiologic manifestations of some common diseases such as laryngitis, vocalcord paralysis, laryngeal carcinoma, polyps of vocalcord and some unusual diseases such as laryngeal cyst and papilloma were disscussed. The differential diagnosis between the laryngeal inflammation and cancer,benign and malignant vocalcord paralysis werealso analysed. Compared with laryngendoscope,lateral laryngograms and CT, We found that laryngeal tomograms could clearly displayed everycoronary part of laryngeal construction and itskinetic function and structural variation in different conditions.
